A leading Chinese technology company is seeking a Services Solutions Sales Specialist to enhance business development, drive sales, and increase revenue within the telecom and ICT services sector, particularly in the evolving 5G environment. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying customer needs, proposing tailored service solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery through cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth, business development, order acquisition, and profitability for telecom services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding business challenges and uncovering new opportunities.
- Design and present customized, competitive service solutions that meet client requirements.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Finance, Service, and Project teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of solutions.
- Monitor and manage project risks, track progress, and ensure solution deliverability aligns with client expectations.
- Support local marketing initiatives and actively participate in customer engagement activities.
- Engage with senior-level customers using effective presentation and negotiation skills to secure business.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in telecom or ICT services sales or business development.
- Proven experience in areas such as CS/MS, PMO, Rollout, or Optimization.
- Exposure to at least three of the following domains: Wireless, Core, TXN, MW, Optical, CW, NOC, Analytics, RF Planning & Optimization, Data Center, or Power.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer management skills are essential.
