The Retail Shelfer plays a vital role in maintaining the store’s product presentation and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers. This position involves organizing and replenishing merchandise on shelves according to the store layout, while also monitoring product quality and stock levels. The Shelfer supports daily store operations by maintaining cleanliness, assisting customers, and collaborating with the team to manage inventory effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and replenish products on shelves following the designated store layout.
- Ensure all products are properly displayed, accurately labelled, and correctly priced.
- Regularly check product expiry dates, inspect for damages, and assess stock condition.
- Maintain cleanliness and an orderly appearance of shelves at all times.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide basic information about items.
- Report low stock, damaged, or expired products promptly to the supervisor.
- Adhere to FIFO (First In, First Out) stock rotation procedures to minimize waste.
- Support the team in stock counting and contribute to daily store operations as needed.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education level of Intermediate is preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in retail or a similar environment is desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Basic knowledge of product handling and stock management.
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and handle/store merchandise safely.
- Personal attributes such as punctuality, honesty, responsibility, diligence, and a neat appearance are essential.
- Immediate availability to join the team is preferred.
