We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) professionals to join leading global brands in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as Shift Supervisors. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about operational excellence, team leadership, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. The Shift Supervisor will play a critical role in managing daily restaurant operations, driving sales, and ensuring compliance with brand and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant operations with consistency and quality to meet brand standards.
- Manage and motivate teams to deliver high levels of customer service.
- Drive sales growth and optimize profitability through effective operational management.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety protocols.
- Maintain compliance with all operational processes and company policies.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Quick Service Restaurant management role.
- Strong understanding of Profit & Loss (P&L) and EBITDA management.
- Professional appearance with no visible tattoos.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural work environment.
- Age up to 33 years.
- Minimum height of 5’3” (160 cm) or above.
- Weight below 85 kg.

This is a contract position with a monthly salary of approximately Rs147,700. The role requires in-person attendance at the work location.
