Shopify Expert (NIGHT SHIFT)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive eCommerce Specialist to manage and optimize Shopify stores focused on the USA market. The successful candidate will take ownership of identifying high-potential products, coordinating with suppliers, managing advertising campaigns, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This hands-on role involves overseeing all aspects of the online store’s operations, from product listing and order fulfillment to marketing performance analysis. The position is on-site and requires a collaborative mindset to drive sales growth and improve store conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify winning products tailored specifically for the USA market to maximize sales potential.
- Manage and optimize Shopify stores to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.
- Create and update product listings regularly, including titles, descriptions, images, and collections to maintain an attractive and accurate storefront.
- Source and coordinate with reliable suppliers and fulfillment partners to ensure timely and efficient order processing.
- Process customer orders, update tracking information, and promptly resolve any shipping-related issues.
- Utilize dropshipping and order management tools such as DSers, CJ Dropshipping, AutoDS, Zendrop, or similar platforms to streamline store operations.
- Launch, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads to drive targeted traffic and sales.
- Track and analyze key advertising metrics including ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CPA (Cost per Acquisition), CTR (Click-Through Rate), conversion rate, and daily ad performance to inform campaign adjustments.
- Develop and execute abandoned cart recovery strategies, as well as email and SMS marketing campaigns to boost customer engagement and retention.
- Continuously improve product pages, checkout flow, promotional offers, customer reviews, and trust elements to enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Handle customer service inquiries related to orders, refunds, returns, and other issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting key sales insights and operational metrics for management review.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience managing Shopify stores with a strong understanding of eCommerce best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to research and select winning products for the USA market.
- Proficiency in using dropshipping and order management tools such as DSers, CJ Dropshipping, AutoDS, or Zendrop.
- Hands-on experience launching and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor and interpret ad performance metrics and sales data.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively manage order-related issues and customer queries.
- Ability to create compelling product listings and marketing campaigns that drive conversions.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
