Site Engineer

We are seeking experienced and hands-on Site Engineers to oversee daily construction activities on various projects within the Capital Group. This role involves direct supervision of site operations and may require supporting multiple projects and companies across the group based on business demands. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of ensuring that construction work is carried out efficiently, safely, and according to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site work, including managing labor and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.
- Set out works accurately and verify levels, lines, and dimensions to maintain quality standards.
- Inspect reinforcement and shuttering prior to concrete pours to guarantee compliance with design requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive site diaries, measurement sheets, and daily progress reports to document work status.
- Raise inspection requests and coordinate with consultants by attending inspections as needed.
- Enforce and follow all safety rules and regulations on site to promote a safe working environment.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with valid PEC registration.
- Between 3 to 6 years of practical site experience on building construction projects.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting structural and architectural drawings.
- Skilled in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel for project documentation and planning.
- Willingness to work at construction sites located outside Islamabad as per project requirements.

Additional Information
Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Islamabad or be planning to relocate prior to starting employment. The position requires physical presence on-site to effectively manage and supervise construction activities.
