We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our team for factory construction and operations in Depalpur, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of relevant experience and be ready to contribute to the successful execution and management of construction projects. This is a full-time position requiring strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage on-site construction activities related to factory development and operations.
- Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements throughout the construction process.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project schedules and resolve any issues promptly.
- Monitor progress and prepare regular reports on project status, including any deviations or risks.
- Conduct site inspections to verify work quality and adherence to engineering plans.
- Assist in procurement and management of materials and equipment necessary for construction activities.
- Implement and enforce health and safety protocols on-site to maintain a safe working environment.
- Support troubleshooting and problem-solving efforts related to construction and operational challenges.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in site engineering, preferably within factory construction or industrial operations.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and safety regulations.
- Proven ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to effectively liaise with various teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software is an advantage.
