Site Engineer

Located in Lahore, this position requires a seasoned Civil Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in construction and building projects. Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at building sites to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure all construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and site teams to maintain project flow.
- Monitor project progress, including manpower deployment, material usage, and site resources.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify proper execution of civil and structural works.
- Review drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and technical documents, addressing any discrepancies with relevant departments.
- Enforce compliance with safety standards and company policies on-site.
- Oversee the quality control of construction materials and workmanship.
- Prepare detailed daily and weekly progress reports, highlighting any site issues or delays.
- Collaborate with the project team to resolve technical and construction-related challenges.
- Ensure timely completion of work within the approved project timeline and specifications.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in construction and building projects.
- Proven hands-on experience managing construction/building sites.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction processes, site execution, quality control, and project coordination.
- Ability to manage contractors, subcontractors, and site workforce efficiently.
- Proficient in interpreting construction drawings, BOQs, measurements, and site documentation.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work at multiple project sites within Lahore.
