Site Engineer

The Site Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore, responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction and engineering activities. This role involves supervising civil and structural work, ensuring quality control, and verifying that project designs and specifications are correctly implemented. The Site Engineer will work closely with project managers, contractors, and other engineers to monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, and maintain safety and efficiency on site. Daily tasks include conducting site inspections, preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and communicating clearly with all stakeholders to ensure timelines and standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise on-site civil and structural engineering activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and engineering teams to coordinate daily operations and resolve technical challenges.
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor construction progress to maintain safety and project timelines.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation related to site activities, quality control, and safety compliance.
- Verify that construction work adheres to relevant codes, regulations, and company standards.
- Support the implementation of safety procedures and quality assurance processes throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Proven experience in site supervision for construction or infrastructure projects, preferably within technology-driven or innovative environments.
- Strong civil and structural engineering skills, including the ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and perform basic structural assessments.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with project teams, contractors, and clients, as well as for preparing clear and concise reports.
- Solid understanding of construction materials, methods, and applicable codes and regulations.
- Proficiency in engineering and project management tools, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated quality control capabilities, including monitoring construction work and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
