Site Engineer - Supervisor

We are seeking a licensed Civil Engineer to join our team as a Site Engineer/Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of hands-on experience in site supervision and execution, with a strong understanding of architectural and MEP drawings. This role requires close coordination with various internal teams and external vendors to ensure that construction activities align precisely with the approved designs and project timelines. The position is full-time and based on-site, offering a competitive monthly salary.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure on-site execution strictly follows the proposed designs and drawings.
- Provide timely and accurate reports in the required format.
- Collaborate effectively with the in-house design and project management teams, including Architects, Engineers, Project Managers, and Procurement Managers.
- Maintain an accurate inventory log to track materials and resources.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure adherence to the Gantt chart schedule.
- Coordinate with vendors and assist in drawing quantities and measurements as needed.

Required Qualifications:
- Licensed Civil Engineer with a valid professional license.
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience working as a site engineer or supervisor.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and MEP drawings for on-site execution.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and execution methodologies.
- Good understanding of construction materials to ensure design compliance and quality control on-site.

Salary Range: Rs 50,000 to Rs 75,000 per month
