Site Manager

This full-time position involves managing site-related installations for a furniture company specializing in residential projects. The role also includes providing support for procurement activities to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of materials. The candidate will work on-site, collaborating closely with project teams to maintain quality standards and meet project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the installation of furniture at residential project sites, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and contractors to facilitate timely procurement and delivery of materials.
- Support procurement processes by identifying requirements, sourcing vendors, and assisting with purchase orders.
- Monitor installation progress and resolve any on-site issues promptly to avoid delays.
- Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all installation activities.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing furniture installations, preferably within residential projects.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and vendor management.
- Ability to read and interpret design drawings and specifications.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively on-site and coordinate with multiple teams.
- Proficiency in basic project management and procurement software is advantageous.
