Site Reliability Operations Associate

The Site Reliability Operations Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore. This role focuses on monitoring production systems, responding promptly to incidents, and ensuring the high availability and performance of services across AI, data, and digital platforms. The associate will play a key role in incident management and root cause analysis, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating closely with engineering and DevOps teams to implement reliability and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor production environments and respond to incidents to maintain service uptime and performance.
- Support incident management processes, including timely escalation, resolution, and root cause analysis.
- Maintain and update operational documentation, runbooks, and incident reports.
- Manage support requests and operational workflows to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Track and analyze service metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist with change management and deployment activities in coordination with engineering teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and optimize operational processes.
- Uphold operational standards and service level agreements (SLAs) consistently.

Required Qualifications
- Strong skills in operations, including incident handling, workflow management, and process optimization.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Robust analytical skills to interpret system metrics, identify trends, and contribute to root cause analysis.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, for incident reporting and coordination.
- A relevant bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, follow structured processes, and maintain attention to detail during high-priority incidents.
