Site Supervisor – Real Estate

Al Ghafoor Group is seeking an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor specializing in real estate to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on, practical experience managing real estate or construction projects on-site. This role requires the ability to independently oversee site supervision, coordinate various field activities, and ensure the smooth execution of ongoing work in alignment with project goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily activities at real estate and construction sites to ensure compliance with project plans.
- Coordinate effectively with site staff, contractors, vendors, and other relevant teams to maintain workflow and resolve issues.
- Monitor ongoing site work closely, ensuring that all activities meet project requirements and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, identify challenges, and report updates and site needs to management.
- Maintain proper coordination between site operations and overall project objectives.
- Oversee the quality of work, materials used, and general site progress to uphold standards.
- Identify potential site-related issues or delays promptly and communicate them to the relevant parties.
- Keep accurate site records and provide consistent updates on project status.
- Collaborate with other departments to address site requirements and operational concerns.
- Ensure all on-site activities are supervised and managed efficiently to meet deadlines and quality expectations.

Required Qualifications
- Male candidates are preferred for this role.
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in real estate or construction projects is mandatory.
- Demonstrable practical on-field/site experience in real estate or construction is essential.
- Candidates with only internship, trainee, or academic experience will not be considered.
- Strong knowledge of site supervision, field operations, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to independently handle site-related responsibilities and make informed decisions.
- Must be currently residing in Karachi and able to regularly report to the office and project sites.

- This position is strictly for experienced field professionals with relevant site supervision expertise in the real estate or construction sector.

- The role offers a monthly salary starting from Rs 60,000.
- Work location requires in-person attendance at sites and office in Karachi.
