Site Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Site Supervisor with practical experience in civil and finishing works to oversee on-site operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper execution of finishing tasks, maintaining high standards of quality, and managing day-to-day site activities efficiently. This role requires a hands-on approach to monitor workmanship and ensure that all finishing work aligns with design specifications and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and assess workmanship quality.
- Ensure all finishing work complies with established quality and design standards.
- Verify final detailing to guarantee that work is neat, complete, and meets project requirements.
- Identify and promptly resolve any site issues related to finishing works to avoid delays.
- Oversee and enforce quality control procedures throughout the finishing process.
