Site Supervisor

The Site Supervisor position is a full-time, on-site role based in Kasur. This role involves overseeing daily construction and installation activities related to steel structures, pre-engineered buildings, and associated equipment. The supervisor will coordinate site teams, monitor work progress, enforce safety standards, and maintain quality control throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities also include planning tasks, managing materials and tools, liaising with project managers and clients, and resolving any on-site issues to ensure projects remain on schedule. Additionally, the supervisor will prepare basic reports, maintain site documentation, and support compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise construction and installation teams by assigning tasks and monitoring their performance on site.
- Manage projects involving steel structures, pre-engineered buildings, storage tanks, conveyors, or similar industrial installations.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, conduct risk assessments, and promote safe work practices within industrial and construction environments.
- Plan and schedule daily site activities, including coordination of materials handling and equipment usage.
- Communicate effectively with workers, engineers, contractors, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Identify and resolve technical or logistical issues promptly to maintain project timelines.
- Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions accurately to guide site operations.
- Prepare and maintain site reports and documentation in line with company and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Proven ability to supervise construction and installation teams effectively.
- Experience managing projects related to steel structures, pre-engineered buildings, or similar industrial installations.
- Strong knowledge of safety standards, risk management, and safe work practices in construction and industrial settings.
- Skills in basic planning, scheduling, and site coordination, including materials and equipment management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Problem-solving aptitude to address on-site challenges efficiently.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Relevant technical education or vocational training in civil, mechanical, or industrial fields. Prior supervisory experience on construction or industrial sites is preferred.
- Competence in basic reporting and documentation, including familiarity with standard office or project management tools.
