We are seeking a skilled and dependable Site Supervisor to manage daily construction operations on a multistory building project. The ideal candidate will oversee site manpower, coordinate subcontractors, track work progress, and ensure all activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. This role demands a hands-on approach to maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency throughout the construction process.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities at the project site to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate and monitor workers, subcontractors, and various site activities to maintain workflow.
- Ensure all work is performed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Monitor the quality of workmanship and promptly report any deficiencies or issues.
- Enforce compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements and safety protocols.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and project management teams.
- Oversee material usage, ensuring proper handling, storage, and inventory control.
- Maintain accurate daily site records and provide regular progress reports to management.
- Identify site-related problems and coordinate timely corrective actions to avoid delays.
- Promote proper housekeeping and maintain safe working conditions on site.
- Supervise construction activities involving scaffolding, formwork, reinforcement, concrete, masonry, and other building works.
- Support the project team in meeting construction targets and deadlines efficiently.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in building or high-rise construction site supervision.
- Strong understanding of construction methods and site management practices.
- Ability to read, interpret, and work from construction and MEP drawings.
- Excellent communication and team management skills to effectively lead site personnel.
- Thorough knowledge of HSE standards and safe construction practices.
- Proven ability to work under pressure while managing multiple site activities simultaneously.

Additional Information

- Monthly salary range: Rs65,000 to Rs80,000.
- Education requirement: Bachelor’s degree (required).
- Experience requirement: At least 3 years as a Site Supervisor (required).
- Location: Lahore (required).
- Work arrangement: On-site presence is mandatory.
