Site supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee construction and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will be hands-on in managing daily site activities and coordinating the workforce to ensure smooth project execution. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to maintain high standards of safety and quality on site.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and manage the workforce effectively
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines
- Monitor progress and report any issues or delays to management
- Maintain accurate records of site operations and workforce attendance

Required Qualifications
- Civil diploma is mandatory
- Intermediate level education is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil work is preferred
