Site Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Lahore, Pakistan. This role is non-managerial and ideal for candidates with at least five years of experience in construction supervision. The position operates during the morning shift and offers a competitive salary. The successful candidate will have a graduate-level education and possess solid knowledge of construction processes. Relevant professional qualifications will be considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations to ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor progress and quality of construction activities, identifying and resolving any issues promptly.
- Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, materials used, and labor deployment.
- Report regularly to senior management on project status and any challenges encountered.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five years’ experience in a site supervision role within the construction industry.
- Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Good communication and organizational skills to manage site activities effectively.
