Site Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Supervisor to oversee daily building activities at our site in Phase 8 Bahria Town Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing labor, ensuring adherence to approved drawings and quality standards, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This role requires close coordination with site engineers, subcontractors, and workers to ensure timely completion of tasks and effective resource management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction activities and manage site labor efficiently.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor construction progress to guarantee timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Manage construction materials, equipment, and labor resources effectively.
- Enforce compliance with site safety regulations and maintain proper housekeeping standards.
- Coordinate daily with Site Engineers, subcontractors, and workers to facilitate smooth operations.
- Prepare and submit daily progress reports, highlighting any site issues to management promptly.
- Inspect workmanship regularly and ensure timely rectification of any defects or deficiencies.

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma in Civil Technology (DAE) or an equivalent qualification.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in building construction supervision.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong skills in supervision, coordination, and problem-solving.
- Solid understanding of construction methods, quality control processes, and safety procedures.

Reporting To: Site Engineer / Project Manager
Location: Phase 8 Bahria Town Rawalpindi
Work Arrangement: On-site, in person
Compensation: Monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs70,000
