Sites Supervisor

Site Supervisors play a crucial role in overseeing the technical and administrative aspects of site installation teams for KDW projects. They assist the Site Manager in closing out installation-related tasks, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Their responsibilities include coordinating with various stakeholders, conducting inspections, and managing site operations to guarantee smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Verify kitchen, door, and wardrobe drawing sizes to ensure accuracy before order placement.
- Mark points for kitchens including gas, plumbing, and electrical connections, as well as lighting points in wardrobes.
- Conduct site inspections and hold meetings with clients, architects, and contractors to address site challenges and ensure readiness for installation.
- Perform pre-delivery inspections to confirm the site meets IWM standards prior to installation.
- Prepare checklists, propose solutions, and verify technical details before forwarding information to relevant teams.
- Plan upcoming installations and coordinate with sales and design teams to resolve site-related queries.
- Resolve all technical issues on-site safely and properly to maintain project quality and safety standards.
- Verify contractors’ bills and expenses to ensure accurate billing and maintain budget control.
- Conduct final inspections of products post-installation, including final finishing and quality assurance checks, ensuring all issues are resolved before project handover.
- Lead and manage site labor and contractors, promoting efficient and productive site management.
- Provide daily and weekly reports on site status and progress to the Site Manager.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong technical knowledge of kitchen, door, and wardrobe installations, including familiarity with drawings and specifications.
- Experience in marking and verifying installation points for utilities such as gas, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Proven ability to conduct thorough site inspections and coordinate effectively with clients, architects, and contractors.
- Competence in preparing detailed checklists and technical documentation.
- Ability to plan and coordinate installation schedules with cross-functional teams.
- Skilled in resolving technical issues on-site while adhering to safety protocols.
- Experience in reviewing and verifying contractor billing and expenses.
- Strong leadership skills to manage site labor and contractors efficiently.
- Excellent reporting skills for communicating site progress to management.
