Skip Tracer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Skip Tracer to join our team as an Independent Contractor. In this role, you will be responsible for locating individuals, businesses, and assets through the use of investigative databases, OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) techniques, and thorough online research. The ideal candidate is resourceful, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct consumer, commercial, and educational (EDU) skip tracing investigations.
- Utilize investigative platforms such as TLOxp, LocateSmarter, and other similar databases.
- Perform OSINT research, social media investigations, and verify identities and locations.
- Analyze and validate data from multiple sources to determine accurate and up-to-date contact information.
- Maintain clear, accurate, and actionable documentation for each case.
- Ensure all activities comply with legal, privacy, and ethical standards.

Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in consumer and/or commercial skip tracing is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with investigative tools such as TLOxp, LocateSmarter, or comparable platforms.
- Strong internet research skills and proficiency in OSINT methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently while managing productivity targets effectively.
- Understanding of compliance and legal requirements related to skip tracing is a plus.

Work Schedule
This position requires availability during the hours of 8 PM to 5 AM.
