SMM Sales Specialist

Strugbits is seeking a motivated and results-oriented SMM Sales Specialist to join our Sales & Growth team. This role focuses on chat-based sales, where you will engage with warm inbound leads generated through Facebook and Instagram campaigns. Your primary responsibility will be converting these leads into paying clients for our diverse range of software solutions, including Web Development, Mobile App Development, SaaS, AI Development, and other custom software services. The position is based onsite in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 13-A, Karachi, with working hours from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Monday through Friday. The role carries a minimum monthly sales target of $10,000 USD.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound leads via WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram Direct Messages.
- Effectively pitch and sell development services such as website and mobile app development, SaaS solutions, AI development, and other software offerings.
- Understand client needs thoroughly and recommend appropriate services tailored to their business requirements.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to ensure a healthy and active sales pipeline.
- Handle objections professionally, negotiate terms, and close deals successfully.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of leads and deals within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure smooth handover of clients after sales closure.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, with expertise in closing deals and meeting targets.
- Hands-on experience with social media marketing, specifically on Facebook and Instagram platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in chat-based or digital sales environments.
- Strong written communication skills in English.
- Prior experience selling IT services such as Web Development, Mobile App Development, SaaS, AI Development, or similar software solutions is essential.
- Excellent negotiation, objection-handling, and closing abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management processes.

Candidates must be comfortable working onsite in Karachi and adhering to the specified night shift timings of 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM. The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs80,000 to Rs250,000, commensurate with experience and performance.
