This role focuses on transforming an existing library of photography, brand assets, and creative direction into polished, ready-to-publish social media content primarily for Instagram and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will have a strong visual sense and expertise in social-first design, producing consistent, high-quality posts, graphics, and multi-slide carousels while maintaining a backlog of finished creative assets. You will work within established brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency and efficiency in content production.
Key Responsibilities
- Design polished social media content for Instagram and LinkedIn, including single-image posts, graphics, and carousels.
- Transform existing photography and brand assets into engaging social creative that aligns with provided creative direction.
- Maintain consistent visual quality and adapt creative for various social formats and placements.
- Work strictly within brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in typography, layout, imagery, and visual hierarchy.
- Use strong design judgment to elevate existing assets and keep content cohesive with the broader brand.

Required Qualifications
- Professional experience in graphic design, social media design, content design, or a related creative role.
- Strong visual taste with meticulous attention to detail.
- Portfolio showcasing high-quality social media or digital design work, especially for Instagram and/or LinkedIn.
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to work effectively from existing creative direction and brand assets.
- Comfortable producing content consistently and at volume.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage a creative backlog.
- Ability to receive and implement feedback efficiently to produce polished creative.
