Social Media Account Lead

CF-SOL is seeking a dedicated Social Media Account Lead to join their team onsite in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in social media management, with a proven ability to handle multiple brand accounts simultaneously. This role requires strong skills in content planning, creating content calendars, and executing social media campaigns effectively. The candidate should be proficient in using Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and various scheduling tools to streamline social media activities. Additionally, the role involves analyzing social media insights and preparing detailed performance reports to measure campaign success. Excellent communication and client management skills are essential, as the candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of social media executives and interns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple social media brand accounts with hands-on involvement.
- Develop and maintain content plans and calendars to ensure consistent and engaging posts.
- Execute social media campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
- Utilize Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and scheduling tools to optimize campaign performance.
- Analyze social media metrics and prepare comprehensive performance reports for stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates.
- Lead, guide, and support a team of social media executives and interns to achieve team goals.

Required Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
Candidates with experience or a strong interest in the health and wellness sector will be given preference. The position is based onsite at Tariq Road, Karachi, with working hours from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday through Saturday, with Sundays off.
