Social Media and Content Manager

Polaris is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing and Acquisitions Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys being the operational backbone of a company’s marketing efforts. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, content creation, CRM systems, and social media management. You will play a crucial role in driving engagement, managing content workflows, and supporting the Founder in scaling the business through strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage content creation and scheduling to ensure consistent, timely publication aligned with industry trends and brand messaging.
- Collaborate with leadership to maintain content that supports marketing goals and enhances brand visibility.
- Set up and maintain marketing tools including website domains, business emails, text messaging systems, and Google profiles, ensuring smooth automation and workflow processes.
- Edit videos by applying cuts, transitions, audio overlays, and cinematic elements to produce engaging short-form reels for platforms like Instagram and TikTok, as well as assist with long-form video editing for podcasts and YouTube. Create compelling thumbnails to attract viewers.
- Engage with social media audiences by sending connection requests, responding to comments and messages, and fostering positive brand interactions.
- Maintain and organize the contact database, segment email lists for targeted communication, and ensure CRM workflows are customized and efficient.
- Track leads in real time, automate follow-ups, and integrate CRM tools to optimize client relationship management.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to refine marketing strategies and maximize ROI across campaigns, workflows, and funnels.
- Generate regular reports analyzing content, email, and campaign performance, including paid media metrics such as CPM, CPL, leads generated, and CPA.
- Oversee pipeline management to ensure leads are properly tracked and advanced through sales stages.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience planning, creating, and executing content within the online education or high-ticket service sectors (coaches, agencies, advisors).
- Proficiency with video editing software such as Capcut, Descript, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Skilled in graphic design tools like Canva and Photoshop.
- Strong knowledge of CRMs including ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, and Clickfunnels.
- Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of social media algorithms and experience managing content for personality-driven brands.
- Ability to work proactively, improve content management processes, and collaborate closely with leadership.
