We are seeking a curious and visually sharp individual with a passion for social media and creative tools. The ideal candidate is organized, quick to turn direction into polished content, and eager to engage with the full content creation process—from ideation to publishing. This role involves working across content, social media, and design execution, supporting a dynamic marketing and creative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Research social media trends, formats, memes, hooks, competitors, and content opportunities.
- Monitor brand and creator activity across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
- Assist in building weekly and monthly content calendars.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to brainstorm content ideas.
- Write and refine captions, hooks, headlines, and short-form social copy.
- Design social media posts, carousels, stories, ad creatives, and other visual assets.
- Translate creative briefs, moodboards, references, and brand guidelines into finished designs.
- Adapt content into various formats and sizes tailored to different platforms.
- Support scheduling, uploading, and publishing content across social channels.
- Help manage social media pipelines and keep content organized.
- Source relevant photography, video clips, illustrations, memes, icons, and other creative assets.
- Make revisions based on creative and strategic feedback.
- Maintain visual and messaging consistency across all content.
- Utilize AI and modern creative tools to research, ideate, write, and execute content efficiently.
- Occasionally assist with website, presentation, campaign, and marketing design needs.
Required Qualifications
- Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, brands, advertising, and internet culture.
- Good visual eye with a basic understanding of layout, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or other relevant design tools.
- Ability to research trends and identify engaging content opportunities.
- Solid writing skills, especially for captions, hooks, and short-form content.
- Ability to follow creative direction and references closely.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Capability to manage multiple content pieces at different stages simultaneously.
- Openness to receiving direct feedback and making revisions.
- Willingness to experiment with new platforms, formats, and AI tools.
Perfect grammar, advanced illustration skills, or extensive agency experience are not required. What matters most is the ability to understand ideas and transform them into publishable content.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Familiarity with tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, short-form video editing, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok/Instagram Reels content creation is a plus.
This role offers hands-on exposure to real brands, clients, campaigns, and marketing challenges. You will gain practical experience in social media strategy, content research, trend spotting, content calendar development, copywriting, brand voice, social media design, creative strategy, performance advertising creatives, content production workflows, publishing, scheduling, basic content performance analysis, brand identity systems, working from creative briefs, design critique, iteration, and AI-assisted creative workflows.
You will learn how strategy, copy, design, distribution, and business objectives integrate, rather than viewing social media posts as isolated graphics.
Portfolio / Work Samples
A formal degree is not required. Candidates can demonstrate their skills through social media pages they have managed, Canva or Figma designs, university or personal projects, freelance work, Behance portfolios, edited reels or videos, content calendars, or even personal social accounts that showcase strong content instincts. We value practical ability and creativity over formal titles or credentials.
