We are seeking a creative and trend-aware Social Media Content Executive to join our team onsite in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad. This full-time role requires a hands-on professional who can identify, create, and curate viral content tailored for Western audiences across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for emerging trends, strong creative judgment, and proficiency in producing visually compelling content that drives engagement and growth. Please note, this is an office-based position with working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday. Remote work is not available for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify viral trends, memes, formats, and hot topics to develop engaging video and photo content aimed at Western audiences.
- Create, edit, and design content using software tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, and Photoshop.
- Analyze content performance metrics to uncover patterns, insights, and opportunities for replicating successful viral strategies.
- Stay informed about social media platform algorithm updates, emerging content styles, and new features to optimize content reach.
- Ensure all published content adheres to Community Standards and platform guidelines to maintain compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media growth, content creation, or managing trend-based content.
- Proven track record in creating, managing, and scaling viral social media content.
- Proficiency in video editing and graphic design software including Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Canva.
- Strong creative judgment with a clear understanding of what makes content shareable and engaging.
- Excellent English language skills combined with strong research abilities to explore trends, competitors, and audience behavior for high-performing content ideas.
- Open-mindedness and willingness to experiment with diverse content styles, formats, and ideas targeting international audiences.
- Ability to quickly identify trends and adapt content strategies to capitalize on them effectively.
Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- Candidates should be able to reliably commute to the Islamabad office or be willing to relocate prior to starting employment.
- Experience in content creation for at least one year is preferred.
- This role offers a starting salary from Rs30,000 per month.
- The position requires working onsite in Islamabad, with no remote work option available.
