Brand Republic is seeking a creative and motivated Social Media & Content Intern to join their team onsite in Karachi. This full-time internship offers a three-month opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media management and content marketing for both in-house branding and diverse client projects. The role involves planning and creating engaging social media content, writing compelling copy, developing creative campaign ideas, and managing content calendars. Ideal candidates are passionate about writing, familiar with social media culture, and capable of producing content that aligns with brand voices while connecting with target audiences. Key Responsibilities
- Write engaging social media captions, marketing copy, promotional materials, and website content.
- Develop and maintain weekly and monthly content calendars for both in-house and client social media accounts.
- Brainstorm creative ideas for posts, Reels, carousels, campaigns, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Conduct research on client industries, target audiences, competitors, and trending topics to identify content opportunities.
- Plan and tailor content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Create creative hooks, post concepts, and basic scripts for Reels and short-form videos.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to bring content ideas to life.
- Assist with scheduling, publishing, and ensuring consistency across social media channels.
- Adapt tone, messaging, and formats to suit different brand identities and campaign goals.
- Proofread and refine content to maintain grammar accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest improvements to enhance content quality and audience engagement.

Required Qualifications
- 0 to 6 months of relevant experience in content writing, social media, content marketing, or digital marketing; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong English writing skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
- Ability to craft engaging captions, marketing copy, and short-form digital content.
- Creative mindset with an interest in social media trends, branding, and digital campaigns.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and how brands engage audiences through content.
- Interest in managing content calendars and coordinating multiple content requirements.
- Strong research, proofreading, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to collaborate with designers, video editors, and other team members.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or social media scheduling platforms is a plus.
