Social Media Content Quality Management Services Specialist

HG Marketing, a UK-based podcast post-production and marketing service provider with an office in Lahore, is seeking a Social Media Content Quality Management Services Specialist. This full-time, onsite role is based in Gulberg III, Lahore, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The salary range is PKR 70,000 to 85,000, depending on experience. The specialist will manage client podcast content from production coordination through publishing and delivery, working closely with video editors, content creators, and clients to ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and maintain content calendars for client podcasts.
- Manage the content workflow from raw file submission through editing, review, revisions, and final delivery.
- Coordinate with video editors and content creators to ensure timely and accurate completion of deliverables.
- Review edited content to ensure it meets quality standards, specifications, and client instructions.
- Conduct thorough Content Quality Assurance (QA) checks and coordinate necessary revisions.
- Schedule and publish podcast episodes and social media content across relevant platforms according to the approved content calendar.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, responding to requests, and ensuring smooth communication throughout projects.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues related to content, scheduling, quality, or workflow.
- Manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
- Follow company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and contribute to maintaining an efficient content management system.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Social Media Management or Content Management.
- Strong skills in content planning and scheduling.
- Expertise in Content Quality Assurance with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent time management abilities and the capacity to meet deadlines consistently.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Understanding of social media marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
- Capability to review and manage content according to client requirements and quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in podcast management, social media management, or a similar role is advantageous.
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency or client-service environment is a plus.
- Proficiency in content planning and management tools.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and publishing platforms.
- Ability to work with analytics and performance reporting tools.
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Trello, Asana, and Notion is an additional advantage.
- Experience coordinating with video editors and content creators is preferred.
