Social Media & Content Specialist

HG Marketing, a Lahore-based podcast agency specializing in B2B podcasting, is seeking a detail-oriented Social Media & Content Specialist to manage the end-to-end execution of podcast projects for multiple clients. This full-time, on-site role focuses on quality control, publishing, scheduling, client communication, and workflow management across audio, video, and written podcast assets. The position emphasizes operational excellence and accuracy rather than creative editing, ensuring all deliverables meet high standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance & Review:
Conduct thorough quality checks on podcast videos, audio files, show notes, articles, clips, and thumbnails using structured checklists. Identify errors, inconsistencies, compliance issues, and brand mismatches. Ensure all final deliverables adhere to internal standards and client-specific guidelines before approval.

Publishing & Scheduling:
Manage the scheduling and publishing of podcast episodes across platforms such as YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and others. Upload and optimize episode metadata, including titles, descriptions, tags, timestamps, and thumbnails. Maintain and update content calendars for podcasts, clips, and related assets.

Client & Account Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, communicating updates, timelines, feedback, and approvals clearly and professionally. Facilitate smooth coordination between internal teams—including editors, writers, and designers—and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.

Workflow & Operations Management:
Oversee multiple client workflows simultaneously, ensuring no delays or quality compromises. Track asset progress from raw files through editing, quality assurance, publishing, and final client delivery. Identify potential bottlenecks early and ensure deadlines are consistently met.

Documentation & Process:
Adhere to and contribute to the improvement of standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality assurance checklists, and workflow systems. Maintain organized records of published episodes, revisions, and approvals for easy reference and accountability.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in podcast management, content operations, or media quality assurance.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to detect errors that others might overlook.
- Proficiency with podcast platforms such as YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and podcast hosting services.
- Experience managing multiple clients and fast-paced workflows effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working within structured processes, checklists, and strict deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience working in a podcast agency or content production environment is advantageous.
- Familiarity with basic SEO principles, metadata optimization, and content analytics is a plus.

Salary Range: PKR 70,000 to 85,000 (based on experience)
