Social Media Coordinator (LinkedIn Comments & DMs)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to manage LinkedIn engagement through thoughtful comments and personalized direct messages (DMs). This remote position, based in Pakistan, involves reading posts, comments, and profiles carefully to craft intelligent, relevant, and natural interactions on behalf of both founder and client profiles. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to interpret context and convey personality in their communication, ensuring outreach feels genuine rather than generic or overly sales-driven.

Key Responsibilities
- Write insightful and engaging comments from founder and client profiles that reflect a human tone and personality.
- Analyze LinkedIn profiles closely to identify useful signals before initiating outreach.
- Craft personalized DMs that are relevant and natural, avoiding generic or salesy language.
- Assist in identifying and targeting relevant individuals for engagement on LinkedIn.
- Track ongoing conversations and follow-ups accurately to maintain engagement flow.
- Support outreach research efforts using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to enhance targeting and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to convey personality, humor, and authenticity.
- Strong reading comprehension and social judgment to understand conversations and context.
- Minimum of one year of hands-on experience in LinkedIn outreach, comment writing, or a related role.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn as a platform and its engagement dynamics.
- Ability to avoid generic, AI-generated, or overly sales-focused messaging, maintaining a natural and human tone.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Compensation includes a competitive base salary along with performance-linked monthly incentives.
- The selection process consists of a 60-minute test task followed by a 60-minute interview before an offer is extended.
