Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the company’s social media channels and maintaining a strong online presence.
- Develop, schedule, and publish professional and engaging social media content.
- Create captions, posts, and other digital materials that align with the company’s brand identity.
- Conduct research on industry trends, audience interests, and relevant topics to uncover new content ideas.
- Monitor social media engagement, audience interactions, and analyze content performance metrics.
- Respond professionally to comments, messages, and other audience communications.
- Support the planning and execution of social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Help develop content calendars and monthly social media plans to ensure consistent posting.
- Track key social media metrics and assist in preparing performance reports for review.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and other communication initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest and enthusiasm for social media and digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content and communication strategies.
- Good understanding of major social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar content creation tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a professional environment.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and assume responsibility.
