Social Media & Editorial Manager

Overman Studios, based in North Nazimabad, Karachi, is seeking a Social Media & Editorial Manager to join their full-time, on-site team. The studio specializes in documenting architecture, interiors, and industry through films, photography, and clear project narratives. The ideal candidate will have the ability to understand complex projects, craft compelling stories, and coordinate their delivery across various digital platforms. This role involves close collaboration with the founder, editors, and production team to ensure content is engaging, accurate, and timely.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research on projects and gather detailed information from clients.
- Develop comprehensive content plans, including scripts, interview questions, and production briefs.
- Coordinate the management of assets, provide editing feedback, secure approvals, and oversee publishing schedules.
- Write clear, engaging captions and project narratives tailored for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube audiences.
- Manage assigned social media accounts, monitor content performance, and respond to relevant inquiries.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong command of English writing and confident communication skills in Urdu.
- Excellent visual judgment and the ability to follow through reliably on tasks.
- Around 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, with a portfolio demonstrating personal contribution and impact.
- Experience or familiarity with architecture, interiors, design, or professional services is highly valuable.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Working from the home studio located in North Nazimabad, Karachi, with occasional scheduled visits to project sites.
- Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 10 am to 6 pm.
- Competitive salary range of PKR 120,000 to 160,000 per month, commensurate with demonstrated skills and experience.
