Social Media Executive – Content & Engagement

Zubaidas JS Group is seeking a creative and digitally proficient Social Media Executive to oversee the daily planning, creation, publishing, and performance monitoring of social media content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will develop engaging and trend-aware content tailored to platform-specific strategies, enhancing brand visibility, driving audience engagement, increasing website and store traffic, and supporting overall business growth. Collaboration with internal teams and the use of creative tools will be essential to continuously improve content quality and social media performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and implement monthly and weekly social media content calendars for all assigned platforms, ensuring alignment with brand campaigns, product launches, seasonal events, promotions, new arrivals, and relevant cultural or commercial occasions.
- Maintain a consistent publishing schedule that balances promotional, educational, entertaining, interactive, and brand-building content.
- Monitor and identify emerging social media trends, content formats, and opportunities to create timely and engaging posts.
- Coordinate closely with marketing, e-commerce, retail, and other departments to ensure content calendars support business priorities and commercial goals.
- Conceptualize and produce diverse social media content, including static posts, branded creatives, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, TikTok videos, Stories, carousels, product showcases, comparison posts, educational and how-to content, as well as interactive formats such as polls, quizzes, contests, and audience participation posts.
- Develop promotional creatives highlighting new products, features, special offers, and campaigns, alongside user-generated content, customer testimonials, and influencer collaborations.
- Utilize creative tools such as Canva, CapCut, and other relevant applications to design and edit social media assets.
- Manage day-to-day content publishing and scheduling across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Pinterest, and others, ensuring accuracy, timely posting, and inclusion of appropriate links, tags, product references, and calls to action.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Business, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in social media management and content creation; strong practical skills may be considered.
- Proven experience in content planning, publishing, and creating posts, Reels, Stories, and short-form videos.
- Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, and social media analytics.
- Excellent copywriting skills, creativity, strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of social media platforms and engagement metrics.
