Polani Textile is looking for a Social Media Executive with a strong background in global marketing and AI automation to join their onsite team in Karachi. This role is centered on enhancing and managing the company’s international digital presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts. The primary objective is to engage global buyers—including importers, hotel chains, retailers, and B2B clients—through targeted, performance-driven strategies supported by AI-powered tools. The ideal candidate will have experience in export-oriented storytelling and a deep understanding of B2B social media marketing, especially within the textile and towel export industry.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement monthly content calendars that highlight export-focused storytelling, product education, and engagement with B2B buyers. Create and publish branded content featuring products like towels, bathrobes, and sets, along with behind-the-scenes factory visuals to build authenticity. Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Midjourney, and RunwayML to generate content ideas, produce visuals, and automate workflows. Automate social media posting and lead nurturing using platforms like Zapier, Make (Integromat), Buffer, and Metricool to streamline marketing efforts. Monitor social media analytics to optimize content performance and prepare detailed reports on audience engagement and lead generation. Work closely with sales and export teams to support global outreach initiatives and increase brand visibility at international trade fairs.
Required Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is essential. Candidates should have at least two years of experience managing international social media accounts, preferably within B2B or product-based industries. Proven expertise in LinkedIn marketing tailored to B2B export brands is required. Excellent English writing skills are necessary to craft professional captions, headlines, and calls-to-action. Proficiency with AI and automation tools—including ChatGPT and Jasper for content creation; Canva AI and Midjourney for visual design; and Zapier, Buffer, and Metricool for automation—is critical. Strong visual sensibility and content creation skills are also important.
