Pinnacle Enterprises is looking for a proactive, disciplined, and highly organized Social Media Executive to provide essential support in managing the business's online presence. This is a full-time position for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is committed to delivering high-quality work consistently. Responsibilities: The candidate should have experience in managing and handling social media marketing on Facebook and Instagram. Manage, update, and schedule content across various social media platforms to enhance brand presence and engagement. Perform regular updates, content changes, and basic maintenance on company websites. Assist with the organization and distribution of various media assets. Conduct a few professional phone calls per week for business-related purposes (e.g., scheduling, follow-ups). Provide ad-hoc administrative assistance as needed to support the client's growing business operations. Requirements: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. Proven experience of 4+ years in social media management, website content updating, and general administrative tasks. Highly disciplined, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently and independently. Strong understanding of different platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools. Ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and problem-solve effectively.
