Social Media Executive

We are seeking a skilled Social Media Manager with a strong background in real estate lead generation and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving lead generation efforts through various social media platforms and digital advertising channels, while effectively managing and nurturing leads within the CRM system. This role requires a hands-on approach to planning and executing advertising budgets, monitoring campaign performance, and collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and maximize conversions. The position is based in Nayanazimabad, Karachi, and requires in-person attendance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate high-quality leads using Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage and update lead information consistently within the CRM system to maintain accurate records.
- Plan, allocate, and manage digital advertising budgets to optimize campaign performance.
- Monitor cost per lead (CPL), lead quality, and conversion rates to evaluate and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Oversee and manage social media pages, including content creation and scheduling to engage the target audience.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales Team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up processes.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media management with a focus on lead generation.
- Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor and interpret campaign metrics including CPL and conversion rates.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience specifically within the real estate sector or lead generation for real estate is highly preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Nayanazimabad, Karachi, ensuring close collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.
