Social Media Executive

Bays International is seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Executive to join our team and enhance our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies across multiple platforms, creating engaging content, and monitoring performance to drive brand awareness and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
- Create compelling captions, posts, reels, stories, and various other types of social media content that resonate with the target audience.
- Plan, organize, and manage monthly and weekly content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting.
- Stay informed about the latest social media trends, viral content, relevant hashtags, platform updates, and audience engagement tactics.
- Monitor social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and content.
- Support social media campaigns, promotions, and paid advertising initiatives to maximize reach and impact.

Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience in social media management or a related role.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their unique features.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging and original content.
- Familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva is an advantage.
