Social Media Executive

Quality Resource Pvt. Ltd is a prominent multinational firm specializing in digital marketing and IT services, dedicated to helping businesses thrive in a digital-first environment. We are currently seeking a Social Media Executive to join our team at our office located on Main Boulevard Gulberg II, Lahore. This role operates on an evening shift from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with a competitive salary range of PKR 50,000 to 80,000.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and create client profiles across major social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Develop, implement, and oversee social media strategies tailored to client requirements.
- Handle social media advertisements on platforms such as META, including content ideation and campaign management.
- Maintain communication with international clients regarding social media account management.
- Produce high-quality organic social media content and hashtags to enhance brand visibility, making adjustments as needed.
- Utilize graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Placeit to create infographics, flyers, banners, and brochures for social media publishing.
- Monitor and analyze social media engagement metrics such as likes and followers to measure success.
- Prepare and share monthly social media reports and analytics with clients.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, best practices, and technologies.
- Collaborate with sales support and client success teams to ensure alignment on client needs.
- Manage a portfolio of over 40 clients, including scheduling monthly content calendars and securing advance approvals from priority clients.
- Provide constructive feedback and creative input to team leads and management.
- Adhere to company policies and define key social media performance indicators (KPIs).

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- 2-3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Executive, Creative Executive, or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, current trends, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency with social media management and design tools such as Canva, CapCut, and AI-based applications.
- Experience in running paid social media ad campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong content creation abilities.
- Ability to multitask effectively and manage deadlines independently.
- Attention to detail and strong design aesthetics.
