Social Media Executive

We are seeking a confident, extroverted, and creative Social Media Executive to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital marketing, particularly with Meta Ads, and a solid understanding of the IT industry. This role requires someone who can effectively manage social media platforms, develop engaging content, and run targeted advertising campaigns to enhance brand presence and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand the company’s social media presence across various platforms.
- Plan, execute, and monitor social media and digital marketing campaigns to meet business objectives.
- Run, track, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns, including Facebook and Instagram Ads, to maximize ROI, engagement, and conversions.
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop creative content ideas for posts, reels, and marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing and business goals.
