SOCIAL MEDIA EXPERT FOR APPAREL BRAND - KARACHI

Hi-Tech Soft Solutions is seeking a talented and creative Social Media & Content Creator to join our marketing team. In this role, you will serve as the visual storyteller for our brand, producing engaging photos and videos that connect with our audience and support our social media strategy. This position is ideal for someone passionate about fashion, knowledgeable about social media trends, and skilled at driving organic engagement. The role requires a dynamic individual who can confidently perform on camera and collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement organic content strategies to foster continuous brand growth.
- Manage daily social media activities including posting, scheduling, community engagement, and maintaining a consistent brand voice across platforms.
- Monitor and analyze organic key performance indicators such as reach, engagement, and retention, providing regular insights and reports.
- Stay updated on trending formats, sounds, and ideas relevant to global fashion markets to keep content fresh and appealing.

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management.
- Strong exposure to social media trends and platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with a good command of written English.
- A creative mindset with a strong interest in beauty and cosmetics.
- Confidence in front of the camera for podcasts and video content.
- A proactive, collaborative attitude and willingness to work under the guidance of industry experts.
- Passion and creativity are essential; prior experience is valued but not mandatory for the right candidate.

- Salary Range: Rs 55,000 to Rs 85,000 per month
