Social Media Growth Intern

We are seeking a motivated and creative Social Media Growth Intern to join our team onsite in Gulberg 2, Lahore. This is a six-month internship opportunity designed for individuals passionate about social media and eager to build a career in digital marketing. The role offers a monthly stipend of PKR 30,000 and requires availability for evening to night shifts from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM. This position is ideal for candidates with little to no prior experience, looking to gain hands-on exposure to managing and growing social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and growing social media accounts across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Monitor social media trends and engage with the audience to increase brand visibility and interaction.
- Support the creation and scheduling of content to maintain consistent online presence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement growth strategies and analyze performance metrics.
- Adapt to the onsite evening/night shift schedule and maintain productivity during assigned hours.

Required Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and current trends.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively on various social channels.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a fast-paced digital marketing environment.
- Availability and commitment to work onsite during evening and night shifts (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM).
- Experience level ranging from zero to six months is acceptable.
