Social Media Growth Manager – Organic Reach & Engagement

AHK Solution, representing Oxford Management Consultancy and associated UAE brands, is seeking a dedicated Social Media Growth Manager to join their Lahore-based team on a full-time, on-site basis. This role goes beyond simple content posting or scheduling; it requires a strategic professional who can transform high-quality video content into organic growth across multiple social platforms. The ideal candidate will leverage existing long-form and short-form video assets related to UAE business setup, corporate tax, banking, accounting, real estate, and entrepreneurship, driving engagement, website traffic, and lead generation through thoughtful content distribution and optimization.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement organic growth strategies tailored to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Repurpose long-form videos into multiple Shorts, Reels, and TikToks, identifying compelling hooks and clips.
- Optimize video titles, captions, descriptions, keywords, and hashtags to maximize reach and engagement.
- Analyze content performance to understand why certain posts succeed or fail and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Continuously test different hooks, titles, thumbnails, posting times, and formats to improve results.
- Create recurring content series to build audience loyalty rather than publishing disconnected posts.
- Monitor trends related to UAE business, tax, banking, company formation, and real estate, responding quickly with timely content.
- Actively manage community engagement by responding to comments and initiating conversations in comment sections.
- Identify and pursue collaboration opportunities with creators, entrepreneurs, and relevant industry accounts.
- Repurpose content intelligently for each platform instead of duplicating posts.
- Optimize YouTube Shorts and long-form videos for search and suggested traffic, improve Instagram Reels discoverability, and tailor TikTok content specifically for its audience.
- Support the personal branding efforts of company presenters and leadership.
- Track competitor activity to identify high-performing formats and topics.
- Provide weekly performance reports with actionable recommendations for ongoing growth.

Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of growing social media accounts organically, particularly on Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Solid understanding of YouTube long-form content growth strategies.
- Experience using analytics tools to guide content decisions and optimize performance.
- Strong grasp of hooks and short-form storytelling techniques.
- Ability to identify relevant trends without blindly following them.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Comfortable working with business, financial, and educational content.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with video editors, graphic designers, and content creators.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in UAE business, finance, real estate, professional services, or B2B content is highly advantageous. Candidates will join a well-resourced environment with professional video editors, graphic designers, content creators, and subject-matter experts already producing high-quality content. The company also provides robust infrastructure, including websites, landing pages, a company setup wizard, consultation booking systems, and WhatsApp lead flows. The Social Media Growth Manager’s role is critical in ensuring this content achieves maximum visibility and converts into meaningful audience growth and business opportunities.
