Social Media Intern

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented eBay Intern to join our team for a paid, in-house internship based in Karachi Federal B Area. This role is perfect for freshers or individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in e-commerce, online marketplace management, product listing, order processing, and digital operations. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with our team, working on real eBay projects to manage and optimize product listings while supporting daily e-commerce activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, update, and manage product listings on eBay, including adding titles, descriptions, images, prices, and variations.
- Conduct research on products, competitors, pricing, and market trends to inform listing strategies.
- Optimize eBay listings to improve visibility and increase sales.
- Manage product categories, item specifics, and other listing details.
- Monitor inventory levels, order status, and product availability.
- Assist with order processing and provide tracking updates.
- Review listings for accuracy and correct any errors as needed.
- Support customer inquiries and handle basic buyer communication.
- Monitor eBay store performance and prepare basic reports.
- Ensure compliance with eBay policies, listing guidelines, and marketplace best practices.
- Perform additional e-commerce related tasks as assigned by the team.

Required Qualifications
