Social Media Intern

Chainfore Private Limited is seeking two enthusiastic Social Media Associates for a paid internship based in Iqbal Town, Lahore. This three-month on-site internship offers a monthly stipend and the possibility of transitioning into a full-time role. The opportunity is ideal for students and fresh graduates, with no prior work experience required. You will be part of a dynamic team launching a new consumer platform aimed at families both nationally and internationally. Working closely with the founder and marketing team, you will manage social media channels including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. This role is highly hands-on, involving content creation, community engagement, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft captions, stories, and short-form post copy in both Urdu and English.
- Respond promptly to comments and direct messages on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook during your shift.
- Schedule and publish posts according to a content calendar.
- Assist with shooting and editing short videos and reels.
- Collect customer feedback and testimonials to support content development.
- Monitor reach, engagement, and follower growth, and prepare weekly performance reports.
- Research current trends, sounds, and content formats relevant to the target audience.
- Forward sales and support inquiries to the appropriate teams.

Required Qualifications

- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Active personal user of Instagram and TikTok with a good understanding of what content performs well.
- Proficient in written Urdu and English.
- Basic skills in Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools.
- Reliable, organized, and able to meet daily deadlines consistently.
- Experience in university societies, events, or freelance social media work is considered a plus.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience managing a social media page, account, or community of any size.
- Basic video editing and photography skills.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite is advantageous.
