Social Media Manager & Content Creator (Part-Time)

Techminence is seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our team at the Gulshan-e-Iqbal office in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends and the ability to produce engaging short-form videos. This role requires skills in shooting, editing, and publishing content that highlights the company’s culture and activities. The candidate should be comfortable capturing everyday office moments and transforming them into compelling social media content that resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities
- Record engaging reels and short-form videos within the office environment.
- Capture various office activities, including team interactions, workplace culture, events, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Edit videos into high-quality reels using appropriate music, captions, subtitles, transitions, and other creative elements.
- Upload and publish content consistently across the company’s social media platforms.
- Develop innovative content ideas that showcase the company’s culture, team, and work environment.
- Stay updated on current social media trends, reel formats, and content styles to keep the content fresh and relevant.
- Maintain a consistent publishing schedule to ensure regular audience engagement.
- Support the management of the company’s social media presence and contribute to improving overall content quality.
- Collaborate with team members to plan and produce creative content.

Required Qualifications
- Practical experience in social media management and content creation.
- Ability to shoot videos using smartphones or cameras effectively.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, TikTok, and other short-form video platforms.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- Knowledge of social media trends, including captions, hooks, and audience engagement techniques.
- Good communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
- A portfolio or examples of previous work in video content creation is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

This role offers a part-time schedule from Monday to Friday, working six hours daily from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM. The position is on-site at the Gulshan-e-Iqbal office in Karachi.

The starting salary during the probation period is PKR 25,000 per month, with potential growth opportunities based on performance. This role provides a collaborative office environment and a chance to develop valuable skills in content creation and social media management.
