Social Media Manager

NSETS Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a creative and results-oriented Social Media Manager with strong SEO expertise to enhance our digital presence and drive organic growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, developing engaging content, and optimizing the company website to improve search engine rankings. This role requires a blend of analytical skills and creativity to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
- Create and manage engaging content, captions, campaigns, and maintain content calendars.
- Oversee SEO activities for the company website, including keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO, and content optimization.
- Conduct competitor and keyword research to identify new growth opportunities.
- Optimize website content such as blogs, landing pages, meta titles, descriptions, headings, and internal linking structures.
- Monitor website and social media performance using analytics tools and prepare regular performance reports.
- Formulate strategies to increase organic traffic, engagement, reach, leads, and overall brand visibility.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in SEO, social media algorithms, and digital marketing best practices.
- Collaborate closely with content and design teams to ensure content is both SEO-friendly and engaging.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Management and SEO.
- Strong practical knowledge of SEO techniques and social media marketing strategies.
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, and other SEO software.
- Solid understanding of both on-page and off-page SEO practices.
- Excellent content writing and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze performance data and develop actionable strategies based on insights.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads is a plus.

Additional Information
This is a full-time, in-person position based in DHA 2, Islamabad. Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Islamabad before starting work. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
