Social Media Manager

We are seeking a skilled and results-oriented Social Media Marketer to join our team in Sialkot. This full-time, office-based role requires managing social media platforms, developing strategic marketing campaigns, and executing paid advertising to drive lead generation, boost sales, and enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in social media marketing and a proven ability to deliver measurable results through targeted ad campaigns. Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and execute comprehensive social media marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Create and run paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant social media channels.
- Develop, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve specific marketing goals.
- Generate high-quality leads, increase sales, and enhance audience engagement through targeted strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed reports on results.
- Conduct thorough audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign testing to refine marketing efforts.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to produce compelling ad creatives and marketing content.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and digital advertising.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in social media marketing with a strong focus on paid advertising.
- Demonstrated success in managing advertising campaigns with measurable outcomes.
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram advertising tools.
- Ability to independently run, analyze, and optimize paid ad campaigns for lead generation and conversion.
- Solid understanding of audience targeting, retargeting strategies, and conversion optimization techniques.
- Strong analytical skills combined with a results-driven approach.
- Availability to work full-time from the Sialkot office.
