We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Manager & Paid Ads Specialist to manage our social media presence and promote our email outreach tool.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and regularly publish content across our social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
Plan and maintain a consistent social media content calendar.
Create engaging posts, promotional content, captions, and short-form videos using tools such as Canva or CapCut.
Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns to promote our email outreach tool: ********************************************
Develop advertising strategies to attract business owners, marketers, agencies, and potential customers.
Run and optimize Facebook and Instagram ads, with experience in LinkedIn or Google Ads considered an advantage.
Test different ad creatives, audiences, and messaging to improve campaign performance.
Monitor engagement, leads, conversions, and advertising costs.
Prepare regular performance reports and recommend strategies for improving results.
Research competitors and identify new opportunities to grow our audience and generate leads.

Requirements

Proven experience in social media management and paid advertising.
Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Facebook Business Suite.
Ability to create engaging social media content and promotional campaigns.
Understanding of audience targeting, lead generation, retargeting, and campaign optimization.
Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, and social media scheduling tools.
Strong communication, creativity, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver results in a remote environment.
Previous experience promoting SaaS products, email marketing tools, or digital services is a plus.
