Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the brand’s goals.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content across social media platforms, primarily focusing on Facebook and Instagram.
- Optimize social media channels to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights and reports.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital touchpoints.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, testing, audience targeting, retargeting, and budget optimization.
- Stay updated on Meta’s advertising policies and platform changes to ensure compliance and leverage new features effectively.
- Connect marketing activities with tangible business outcomes such as leads, customer acquisition, and sales growth.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, specifically Facebook and Instagram advertising.
- Strong understanding of Meta’s advertising ecosystem, including campaign optimization and policy compliance.
- Practical knowledge of campaign testing, audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and performance analysis.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to generate detailed reports and interpret data effectively.
- Solid grasp of organic marketing techniques on Instagram and Facebook.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.

Additional Information:
- Industry: Retail Apparel and Fashion
- Location: Tariq Road, Karachi
- Work Schedule: On-site, 2 PM to 9 PM (flexible hours)
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Salary: PKR 40,000 per month
- Candidates must reliably commute to the Karachi office or plan to relocate before starting work.
