Social Media Manager

HF Global Services Pvt. Ltd., based in Karachi, Pakistan, is seeking a creative and results-oriented Social Media Manager to join their team on a full-time, on-site basis. The company specializes in accounting, audit, taxation, business advisory, HR, and digital marketing services, supporting diverse industries in enhancing their brand presence and growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s and clients’ social media platforms, developing content strategies, and driving audience engagement to elevate brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Develop monthly content calendars and comprehensive social media strategies for both the company and its clients.
- Plan, coordinate, and publish engaging digital content including posts, reels, stories, and carousels.
- Write creative captions, post descriptions, and calls to action tailored to each platform and target audience.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
- Handle multiple client accounts while preserving each brand’s unique identity, tone, and content requirements.
- Monitor audience engagement, comments, messages, and overall account activity.
- Track social media performance using platform insights and analytics tools.
- Prepare monthly reports highlighting key performance indicators such as reach, impressions, engagement, and follower growth.
- Identify emerging trends, content opportunities, and competitor activities to optimize social media performance.
- Maintain consistency in branding, posting schedules, and content quality.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team on campaigns and lead-generation initiatives as needed.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn platforms.
- Experience in developing content strategies and managing monthly content calendars.
- Excellent written communication and caption-writing skills.
- Proficiency in social media analytics, engagement metrics, and audience growth strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and an understanding of graphic design and video content requirements.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A portfolio or examples of previously managed social media accounts is preferred.

- Competitive salary starting from Rs70,000 per month.
